About Me

I'm Lindsey, and the [soon-to-be] Freshly-Minted Mrs!

I'm 20 years old and a graduate of Western Oregon University, holding two bachelor's degrees: American Sign Language and Psychology, with a specialty in Gerontology.

I'm born and bred Washingtonian (read: loves the rain) and live in the Seattle area.

I've been with my fiance, D, for almost three years and he asked me to marry him in June of 2012, we'll be married July 20th, 2013.

We're 7 years apart in age and he's University of Washington alum with a degree in Communications and a career in the corporate side of coffee. 

I'm aiming for a career in Child Life Specialism and/or Occupational Therapy, with an ultimate title of "mom" (not too soon, don't freak out!).

For now I love to read, write, drink tea/coffee/redbull, delve into both retail and manicure therapy, serve in my church, spend time at home, burn my baking, be overdressed, dye my hair too often (natural ginger), work with seniors, plan things that are out of my control, pretend to be domestic, and coddle my mom's dog. 

I'm easily a 90 year old woman trapped in a young body, but there's no scientifically approved way to test that.
